KEY METRICS:

• Revenue, Expenses, Net Income, Assets
• Consumer satisfaction, loan/financing repayment performance, delinquency rates, consumer retention, complaints, compliance with regulations and codes of conduct
• Number of valid customer complaints, percentage of delinquent customers, customer exits due to financial crime compliance

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Credit

• Acquire volumes from existing portfolio and new contacts; develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, etc.
• Prepare high-standard call reports that are informative and professional
• Prepare credit applications, analyze financial documents, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Assess client needs, monitor financial health, and ensure complete documentation with adequate collateral
• Manage disbursements, adjustments, and ensure credit lines are valid and accessible
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth transaction processing
• Adhere to the bank’s financing policies and report exceptions
• Conduct regular site visits for credit monitoring and follow up on dues
• Provide clients with practical options, ensuring ethical sales practices and transparency in terms and conditions

• Maintain contact to ensure high client satisfaction and handle complaints effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships to meet revenue and profit targets
• Ensure service quality standards and client satisfaction scores are achieved

Internal / External Cooperation

• Collaborate effectively with all bank employees and external partners
• Build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, and uphold integrity
• Complete mandatory training and pursue skill development opportunities

Skills and Knowledge Requirements

• Knowledge of ADIB’s products, credit analysis, operational policies, and UAE banking regulations
• Experience in credit appraisal and relationship management
• Minimum five years of banking experience in a relationship management role
