In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting strategic customers utilizing GPU Cloud services. As a trusted technical advisor, you will aid clients in the design, deployment, and scaling of AI solutions while managing extensive GPU workloads. This position allows for remote work from any EU country, enabling you to collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to innovative AI projects.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting and resolving complex AI/ML issues.
• Guide customers in optimizing GPU performance for ML training and inference workloads.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities and promote the latest products.
• Act as a bridge to product teams, providing customer feedback and relaying feature requests.
• Engage with stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and effectively address customer challenges.

• Experience: 5+ years in roles like Cloud Solutions Architect or Technical Account Manager.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Python programming.
• Solid understanding of GPU computing and ML training workloads.
• Customer‑centric approach with proven trust‑building skills.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to various audiences.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English.
