Milele is seeking a Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential property upgrades including villas townhouses and apartments. The role requires someone with proven experience in managing renovation and fit-out projects in the UAE/GCC ensuring quality cost control and timely delivery to maximize resale value.

• Plan and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
• Assess property condition and prepare renovation scope BOQs and cost estimates.
• Supervise contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure quality and progress.
• Track budgets timelines and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Report progress costs and risks to management regularly.

المتطلبات

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in residential renovation/fit-out projects (villas townhouses or flats).
• Strong project management and site supervision skills.
• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with UAE building codes authority approvals and local suppliers/contractors.
• Ability to deliver cost-effective resale-ready renovations .

KPIs

• % of projects delivered on time and within budget.
• ROI improvement on renovated properties.
• Quality of renovation works as per Milele standards.
