المسؤوليات

  • Answer calls with clear speech and a pleasant voice.
  • Attend and handle all incoming and outgoing room reservation requests, as per hotel standards and procedures.
  • Attract guests and enhance loyalty by providing distinctive service through communication and sales skills to improve the hotel’s image and increase revenue.
  • Recognize VIP guests and apply the relevant policies.
  • Maintain a good commercial relationship with all bookers: guests, companies, agencies.
  • Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel promotions.
  • Manage guest complaints professionally, own the issue, resolve it to guest satisfaction, and record it.
  • Call the supervisor or manager for advice in serious cases or when approval is required.
  • Use telephone etiquette as per Sofitel standards.
  • Have knowledge of room types and rate structures.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all booking information entered in the PMS.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel products.
  • Fulfil administrative tasks and filing.
  • Use and maintain the reservation communication system (telephone, fax, email).
  • Be aware of and follow emergency and security procedures.
  • Respect key handling procedures and schedules, terms, and deadlines as agreed with Management.
  • Attend a daily line-up briefing with the reservations team.
  • Be flexible and extend duties to other reasonable tasks within capability, including redeployment to other departments if required to meet business needs.
  • Attend training and meetings as required.

Qualifications

  • Guest-focused personality is essential.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar role.
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
