Overview

Administer contract in the capacity of Engineers Representative. Monitor project progress and document changes in scope. Coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover. Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables. Review work to ensure compliance with codes standards and quality requirements. Review and recommend approval change orders notifying relevant personnel of changes. Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates. Ensure Parsons rights and obligations are met throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years Experience for Resident Engineers
• Minimum 20 years experience for Senior Resident Engineers
• Prior Experience in construction supervision and delivery particularly in infrastructure Roads Bridges and Community Development projects ideally in the UAE.
• Recent experience in community development projects preferably in Dubai.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures commissioning and Dubai government authority specifications and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Solid technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
• Understanding of construction health safety and environmental regulations
