Our centre is renowned for its team of professional instructors who speak a variety of languages, including Arabic, English, Russian, and Indian. This diverse linguistic capability ensures that we can cater to a wide range of international divers and provide personalized instruction.

• Core Skills : multilingual communication, product knowledge, safety-first selling, relationship building, upselling and cross-selling, objection handling, CRM discipline
• Language Proficiency : Fluent Russian (native-level preferred); English is a plus for international guests
• Customer Focus : Calm, friendly, patient; culturally aware and respectful
• Diving Knowledge : Basic to intermediate understanding of snorkeling, scuba equipment, certification levels, safety procedures
• Sales Skills : Needs assessment, solution selling, clear value articulation, follow-up discipline.
• Compliance & Safety : Familiar with local diving regulations, waivers, and safety briefings
