Job Responsibilities

  1. Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services.
  2. Advising customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
  3. Achieving the sales target and focusing on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques.
  4. Focusing on upselling/cross-selling.
  5. Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long-term brand loyalty.
  6. Handling new launches, promotion of products, and visual merchandising.
  7. Ensuring stock replenishment at all times.
  8. Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards, and visual displays.
  9. Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback.
  10. Coordinating with customer care center for after-sales service.
  11. Generating daily sales reports.
  12. Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling, and other common practices.

الملف الشخصي

  1. Selling experience of at least 2 years, preferably in high-end segment in retail, hospitality, or brands.
  2. Excellent communication skills (including spoken and written English).
  3. Strong selling skills and customer-oriented.
