The Sales Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting interior design consultations, and driving sales. Key responsibilities include understanding client design objectives, creating detailed sketches, and providing expert consultation. The candidate will develop tailored design solutions, follow up with potential clients, and participate in product development. The Sales Designer will also specialize in Closets, kitchen, and bath design.

المهام الأساسية:

1. Outline and understand client design objectives to ensure alignment with their vision and goals.
2. Conceptualize and create detailed sketches of design plans, demonstrating a clear understanding of project requirements.
3. Provide expert consultation and advice to customers, guiding them through the design plan and addressing any queries or concerns.
4. Develop innovative and tailored design solutions that meet customer specifications and preferences.
5. Proactively follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement and foster strong relationships.
6. Actively participate in product development initiatives to ensure designs are aligned with company offerings and market trends.
7. Adhere to Finance department policies for payments and deposits.
8. Conduct due diligence of PO created by the salesman before forwarding it to the production team.

مؤهلات:

التعليم: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.

Certifications: NA

الخبرة:

• 4+ Years of proven sales experience in UAE.
• Specialization in kitchen and bath design.
• Knowledge of current design trends and materials.
• Ability to create and present design proposals.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Well-versed with site conditions and aware of the process of interior fitouts.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Well-versed with site conditions and aware of the process of interior fitouts.

Soft Skills: Presentable, good communication, problem-solving, organized, passionate, attention to detail.
