About the Job:

We are looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join our Dubai Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new contacts, expanding existing relationships with advertisers and media agencies, and developing/suggesting on-the-spot custom marketing proposals and ideas.

المهام الوظيفية:

• Strategic partnership development and negotiating deal terms to onboard media agencies and clients for branding and programmatic advertising.
• Handle and manage client relationships and revenue in the MENA region.
• Apply a metrics-focused approach in business planning and execution.
• Understand campaign needs and create customized, customer-focused solutions.
• Meet and strengthen partnerships with new clients and expand existing relationships with advertisers and media agencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in media selling within the MENA market.
• Proven success across the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing deals.
• Ability to build a client base from scratch.
• Strong network of clientele in the MENA marketplace and understanding of key digital players (brands, agencies, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals consistently.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Advertising.
