ملخص الوظيفة:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in دبي الامارات العربية المتحدة . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and services in the UAE market.

المهام الأساسية:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and close agreements.

Marketing:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).
• Manage social media platforms and digital marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, operations, etc.) to align marketing and sales goals.

مؤهلات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE market, especially Dubai, is essential.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• UAE Driving License is a plus.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
