About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to support the growth of our products and solutions in the UAE market. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about driving sales success.
المسؤوليات
- Promote and sell the companys products and solutions to new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective prospecting and closing.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads, trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations and proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on performance.
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
المتطلبات
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a multi-product or solutions-driven environment.
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with a commission-based structure.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different products and client requirements.
- Strong networking ability and market awareness.
- Based in UAE or willing to relocate immediately.
