Job Description of Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in the Real Estate and Properties domain to join our team in Abu Dhabi/Dubai. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, playing a pivotal part in the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions. Your insights will directly support decision-makers in enhancing operational efficiency, customer engagement, and real estate asset management through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities of Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain

Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Ability to write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs
Proficiency in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent tools
Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst) are a plus
Experience with Lucidchart / Draw io for creating process flows
Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and declarative tools
Experience with data migration, integrations, or working with ETL tools is a big advantage

Qualification Required for Salesforce Business Analyst – Real Estate and Properties Domain

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Proven experience in the Real Estate and Properties domain is mandatory.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, workflows, reporting, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Salesforce tools like Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and third-party property management integrations is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Salesforce certification(s) are highly preferred.
