We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the overall security of our organization, including physical premises and personnel. 1. Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure safety and security of personnel, property, facilities, and information assets.
2. Monitor physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.
3. Train personnel on security protocols and practices.
4. Respond promptly to security incidents.
5. Investigate incidents and document findings.
6. Supervise a team of security personnel.
7. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies regarding security matters.
8. Maintain records of access control activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in Security Management or related field.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Keen eye for detail.
