• Agent Architecture Design: Build intelligent conversational systems with large language models capable of senior-level forex customer service.
• Advanced RAG System Development: Use Hybrid Search, reranking, and related techniques to ensure accurate, hallucination‑free answers to inquiries about spreads, leverage, and other topics.
• MCP Protocol Integration: Integrate large models with CRM systems and MT4/MT5 backends via the MCP protocol to enable practical capabilities such as account queries and order status retrieval.
• Evaluation System Design (Core): Establish a finance‑grade evaluation framework, build standard test sets, and use automated evaluation tools (e.g., Ragas, Arize Phoenix) to quantify agent performance and ensure compliance and safety.
• Multi‑Agent Collaboration: Design multi‑agent workflows to handle complex business processes (e.g., withdrawal approval processes).

المتطلبات

• Engineering Skills: Proficient in Python; experienced with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Dify.
• Cutting‑edge Technology: Hands‑on experience with MCP implementation, or a deep understanding of tool‑use mechanisms.
• Familiar with metrics for evaluating large language models (BLEU/ROUGE, LLM‑based evaluation) and capable of designing closed‑loop evaluation solutions for business pain points.
• Experience with forex or fintech business logic is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English to liaise with stakeholders.
