Senior Analyst – Shipping Operations

نظرة عامة على الدور:

Lead the development and maintenance of automation solutions to support shipping and operations systems. Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to implement system enhancements, manage change requests, and ensure seamless integration with trading and ERP platforms.

المهام الأساسية:

• Develop and maintain automation solutions and custom reports (SQL, VB, Excel macros).
• Support users through training, documentation, and guidance on system functionality.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for deployments, testing, and environment maintenance.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage change processes.
• Oversee user acceptance and system integration testing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in business analysis or operational systems, preferably in trading/shipping.
• Experience with CTRM, trading, and ERP systems; knowledge of crude/refined products operations is a plus.
• Strong SQL, programming, and reporting skills; familiarity with cloud development advantageous.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
