You will play a pivotal role in building and managing the supply base—from onboarding third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensuring Captain availability and operational readiness. This role is integral with supplier coordination, captain onboarding, and ramp-up activities, to ensure that our markets are fully equipped to meet the demand and deliver exceptional service.

What you’ll do

  • Align captain supply with Careem’s growth plans by ensuring 3PLs meet their commitments.
  • Track and enforce fulfilment targets.

  • Build and nurture relationships with 3PL providers to establish trust and long-term collaboration.
  • Serve as the point of contact for resolving operational issues with suppliers and captains.
  • Maintain clear documentation and reporting of acquisition progress and supply health.

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years of experience in acquisition, logistics, or operations in a fast-moving environment (e.g., food tech, q-commerce, mobility)
  • Proven track record of last mile operations or supplier/vendor management
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling numbers and supply metrics.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently.
