A major energy company in the UAE is seeking a Drilling Foreman to supervise drilling and workover operations. This role requires overseeing safety compliance and operational efficiency while adapting to downhole conditions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drilling roles, including 7 years in a foreman position and the ability to manage critical well operations. IADC WellSharp Level-4 certificate is required. This position offers a full-time schedule of 28 days on/28 days off.
