Job Purpose

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Project Engineer to lead and support the successful execution of capital projects. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered in line with approved KPIs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

المهام الأساسية

• Monitor project progress against approved timelines and budgets.
• Identify potential delays or cost overruns and escalate issues with proposed corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure effective delivery of project scope.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation through to execution and final handover.
• Review and provide technical input on fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Participate in design review meetings with contractors and consultants, contributing to design optimization and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure all project documentation (drawings, operating manuals, maintenance manuals) is complete and ready prior to handover.
• Support construction activities to ensure compliance with approved technical specifications and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution, preferably within industrial or capital projects environments.

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to speak Mandarin
