Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a wellreputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is seeking a Senior Executive Quality Excellence (Control) to ensure compliance with quality standards, implement food safety procedures and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

المسؤوليات

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards procedures and local regulations.
• Develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational practices.
• Ensure manufacturing standards are met across all production lines.
• Assist the Quality Assurance team in establishing and maintaining food safety protocols.
• Oversee the implementation and sustainability of HACCP and FSSC standards in the production department.
• Collaborate with the research team to implement new products.
• Train staff to update quality systems and manage the traceability system.
• Analyze quality metrics audit data and customer feedback to drive improvements.
• Lead quality development application and maintenance initiatives.
• Identify defects and collaborate with teams for corrective action.
• Interpret audit results and drive necessary changes to enhance quality. Lead projects related to new QA programs or continuous improvement initiatives.

المتطلبات

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
• Extensive experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA department within a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP FSSC standards and food safety regulations.
• Expertise in auditing compliance and continuous improvement strategies. Proven ability to train teams and implement quality control systems.
