Implementing a successful Supply Chain Finance and SME model in the bank. The role of a Dedicated IT Application Analyst is to facilitate requirement gathering and analysis, develop functional specifications, perform data analysis for ADIB and manage projects. The analyst liaises with customers to understand business requirements, tracks customer issues, manages detailed requirements from business users for large-scale projects and enhancements to existing systems. Collaboration with IT infrastructure teams, departmental SMEs, and project teams ensures that business requirements are met within software. The analyst documents business requirements for projects, change requests, vendor service level and quality, and works directly with Systems Analysts/Programmers on the analysis of business requirements, development of functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation, and documentation. They also support Cash Management projects and provide technical support assessments and reports. The analyst proposes technical recommendations and improvements.

The successful candidate will engage with the Trade Core/SCF team to handle day-to-day queries related to Trade/SCF tasks and products, including LCs, Purchase Order Financing, Factoring & Reverse Factoring, Payable Financing, Receivable Financing, Buyer/Distributor/Dealer Financing, and Long Term Financing. They will support Trade/SCF 24/7 for all related applications. The candidate will also gather new requirements, manage the overall system, and assist other teams to perform technical changes in the SCF application and other Trade systems.

Technical Skills

• Very advanced programming and SQL/PL SQL language
• Deep knowledge of Trade advanced programming on Java
• Very advanced DevOps skills
• Deep knowledge of Ethix Core, Finances RFR and Profit calculation
• Very advanced programming in Crystal Reports
• Understanding of Core Banking Trade SCF products, workflow, and life of Islamic banking and Islamic products (Murabaha, Istisna, LME, Wakala, Ijara)
• Experience in core banking implementation, configuration and support of Core Trade SCF system
• Proven track record of defining accounting and posting rules for all Trade SCF products and instruments
• Experience in SIT, UAT and stakeholder‑oriented work and ability to work under pressure
