A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior Director – HR Operations in Dubai to oversee HR Operations and Employee Services. This permanent role is responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and managing the complete employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of HR experience, including 8 years in a senior leadership capacity, and has in-depth knowledge of MOHRE and GPSSA regulations. The position requires a strategic leader to drive operational excellence and compliance throughout the organization.
