Align IT with Corporate Strategy
Lead IT initiatives that directly support the company’s strategic objectives and business growth, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage, lead, and develop a team of programmers and IT staff, overseeing task allocation, performance evaluation, training, and organizational structure.
Application & System Management
Oversee the design, development, and performance tuning of enterprise applications, ensuring quality code, user satisfaction, and integration with external systems.
Technology Planning & Innovation
Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance business capabilities, support digital transformation (e.g., from MIS to DSS), and deliver automation solutions.
Project & Budget Management
Ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of IT projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines, while managing department budgets and forecasts.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Analyze business requirements, design suitable technical solutions, and maintain all relevant systems, websites, and mobile applications.
Governance, Compliance & Cybersecurity
Ensure compliance with company policies, cybersecurity regulations, and legal requirements (e.g., Saudi Labor Law), including data protection, access control, and secure system usage.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Promote efficiency through optimized resource use, disciplined operations, structured backups, and constant review of procedures to drive productivity.

Backend Development:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, J2EE, Hibernate, JPA)
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services integration
• Expertise in PL/SQL for writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports for report generation and integration

Frontend Development:

• Experience with Angular for building dynamic and interactive web interfaces
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Familiarity with modern JS frameworks such as React and Vue.js

DevOps & Cloud:

• Experience with containerization tools: Docker, Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI

Architecture & Methodologies:

• Understanding of microservices architecture and related design patterns
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficient in version control systems
