This role will primarily support the company’s corporate and secretarial functions to include structuring, governance, and strategic initiatives.

Key focus areas:

• Corporate secretarial, structuring and restructuring of entities and subsidiaries
• M&A transactions, joint ventures, and investment agreements
• Corporate governance frameworks, shareholder matters, and board support
• Review and drafting of corporate agreements (SHA, SPA, JV agreements, restructuring documentation)
• Advising on regulatory and corporate compliance matters
• Supporting strategic initiatives involving partnerships, capital structuring, or asset structuring

Preferred profile:

• 8–12 years PQE in corporate / transactional law
• Common law jurisdiction qualification and experience
• International Law Firm experience with real estate, investment or large corporate group clients
• Strong experience in UAE corporate law and structuring
• Ability to interact directly with senior management and external advisors
