Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator with experience in MEP projects to oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

• Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment for MEP projects.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize project timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA attested bachelor’s degree is a must.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination, preferably with MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
