MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead the creation of a cohesive influential & resilient corporate identity through building protecting & enhancing Mediclinics reputation both internally & externally through strategic messaging stakeholder engagement & brand storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Development and execution of mediclinics reputation management strategy
• Effective team leadership and management
• Governance risk and compliance management
• Effective stakeholder management
• Financial management
• Internal communications and employee

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Post Bachelors qualification with demonstration of continuous learning

Desired: Specialist Marketing PR Communications and/or business qualification would be advantageous

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: 8 10 years of experience in reputation management including over 5 years in leadership roles.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Mediclinic corporate identity tone style character and brand guidelines
• Strategic Brand Management
• Marketing; branding; media relations and reputation management principles
• Reputation management and crisis communication principles
• Performance Measurement & Reporting
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
