An exciting opportunity has opened up with a leading organization in the utilities infrastructure or energy sector for a Sr. Manager Portfolio. This strategic role is essential in driving portfolio-level governance enhancing project performance and supporting investment decisions at the executive and board level.

المهام الأساسية

  • Strategic Portfolio Oversight: Drive portfolio governance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and long‑term investment strategies.
  • Project Controls & Performance Management: Oversee cost control, risk analysis and scheduling functions with real‑time tracking and analytics.
  • Business Case & Board Submissions: Lead the development of feasibility studies, business cases and board papers to support high‑impact investment decisions.
  • Contract Administration: Ensure robust contract management frameworks and adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Enhance collaboration between Engineering, Finance, Asset Management and Project teams.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Use reporting and analytics tools to provide senior leadership with actionable insights.
  • Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Identify and implement innovative tools and process improvements to drive efficiency and governance.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high‑performing team while focusing on talent development and succession planning.

المتطلبات

  • Experience: 12-15 years in portfolio management, project controls or corporate governance in utility infrastructure or energy sectors.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to create investment models and board‑level presentations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAPEX lifecycle, risk frameworks and performance metrics.
  • Digital Mindset: Familiarity with PMIS, BI tools and digital transformation platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
