Start Date: Immediate

We are supporting a client to implement pre-defined organization and salary structures within a government environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with a senior consulting lead to refine deliverables from earlier phases, support implementation, and drive change management and communication activities to ensure effective adoption.

The initial scope is for 6 months and this can be extended based on project needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of approved organization and salary structures
• Refine and adapt existing deliverables to align with client needs
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Support organizational transition and structure rollout activities
• Contribute to change management and communication planning and delivery
• Coordinate implementation efforts across multiple business units

Ideal profile

• Strong experience in Organization Design, with implementation experience.
• Proven track record in implementing organization structures or supporting operating model transitions
• Experience in change management and communications
• Experience working with government entities in the UAE
• Exposure to salary structure design and implementation is advantageous

Preferred background

• Consulting or advisory experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in complex, transformation-focused environments
