Overview

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects – a cryptocurrency exchange.

Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role offers a rare chance for a visionary to shape an industry-defining platform that reimagines how users interact with their finances. You’ll make a global impact by launching products and features, working closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Interact with customers to build empathy and address their needs.
• Conduct market research to inform product strategies.
• Prioritize initiatives and projects, balancing necessary trade-offs.
• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligned with strategic priorities.
• Define features, write specs, conduct user studies, refine based on feedback, and support QA testing.
• Monitor progress and coordinate with developers, designers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Manage the backlog and ensure timely delivery of products and features.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale.
• A data-driven approach that prioritizes the user’s perspective with empathy.
• Strong enthusiasm for creating enjoyable customer-facing products.
• Proven leadership skills with initiative and results-driven outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills with design, engineering, QA, and other teams.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of retail trading or gamification.
• Web3 experience; ability to work across multiple verticals including DeFi, NFT, Gamefi, Infrastructure, ZK, Exchanges, VC, Chain, DePin, Accelerators, Incubators, Trading, Asset Management, Others.
