Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in data governance, data quality, or data platform initiatives for an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in defining, implementing, and scaling program management best practices and methodologies across an organization.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working in infrastructure planning and operations domain, managing projects or data related to network topology, energy, and capacity demand forecasting.
  • Experience navigating high ambiguity and driving strategy and execution for a large, complex, multi-quarter program portfolio.
  • Experience influencing executive leaders and building alliances with executive stakeholders across multiple organizations.
  • Proficiency in planning and communications management in unprecedented, highly complex situations, including leading multi-quarter road-maps.

Data and Systems Initiative (DASI) is a multi-year, organization-wide transformation effort to fundamentally move Google GIobal Infrastructure (GGI) toward a gold standard by streamlining, standardizing, and consolidating GGI’s data within a broader strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. المسؤوليات

  • Own and manage the lifecycle for the DASI portfolio, guiding the initiative from its initial audit and design phase through validation, full-scale implementation across multiple quarters.
  • Direct the successful delivery of the DASI portfolio’s initiatives this includes driving the executive review, commitment, and staffing process for all top priorities, ensuring they are accurately defined, appropriately resourced, and align with the organizational.
  • Develop, communicate, and drive the long-term data architecture strategy alongside the tech lead, focusing on foundational projects to build a more efficient, scalable data infrastructure that supports GGI’s future needs.
  • Drive the organizational transformation required to establish and scale data governance.
  • Partner with the steering committee and working committee to ensure alignment across multiple organizations and executive stakeholders to drive consensus and initiative goals.
