We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA/QC Engineer (Material Engineer) with 10+ years of experience to oversee and manage the quality control and assurance of materials for our construction projects in the UAE. This role involves material testing, inspection, and documentation, along with coordinating with project teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

المهام الأساسية:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plans and procedures.
2. Conduct inspections and testing of materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, soil, etc.).
3. Coordinate laboratory and field testing of materials.
4. Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions.
5. Ensure that all QA/QC documentation is maintained, organized, and submitted.
6. Develop and implement checklists, inspection forms, and quality tracking systems.
7. Evaluate and approve suppliers and subcontractors.
8. Investigate material-related issues and initiate non-conformance reports (NCR).

مؤهلات:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in QA/QC with a focus on material quality in the construction industry.
3. Strong understanding of industry standards and local UAE regulations.
4. Certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, or ASNT are preferred.
