Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) with experience in MEP projects to ensure the quality and compliance of our mechanical systems and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and identifying any deviations or issues to maintain high standards in our projects.

• Develop and implement quality control procedures for mechanical systems in MEP projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Identify any deviations from quality standards and work with the project team to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain quality documentation, including reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on quality requirements for mechanical systems.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and quality control standards to continuously improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• UAE/MOFA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards related to MEP projects.
• Certification in quality control or quality assurance is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all quality and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in the MEP industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and procedures.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Relevant certifications (such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) would be a plus.
6. Ability to work well in a team and independently.
