- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review and certify interim payment certificates
- Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters
- Conduct price analysis and cost control
- Liaise with procurement to ensure contract compliance
Qualifications
المتطلبات:
- B.Sc. degree in Civil/Architecture Engineering
- 7–10 years of Q.S. experience in contracting companies
- Familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and advanced Excel
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
