• Oversee technical aspects of the project as per specifications, contract documents, Local Codes & regulations.
• Review the contract drawings and submit official RFI whenever there is a discrepancy, conflict or missing detail.
• Prepare and evaluate technical, material & shop drawing submittals and follow-up of the approval process.
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors & suppliers.
• Oversee compliance to Authority regulations from permits, NOC’s to BCC.
• Monitor and review the final Close-Out procedures.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Site visits to address RFI queries by clients or contractors on-site and make necessary clarifications.
• Attend external and internal meetings as required.
