• Provide technical support.
• Review & coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC and contract documents.
• Experience in material submittals in accordance with regulation, green building code & Dubai code.
• Has Contracting experience not less than 8 years.
• Has UAE experience.
• Coordinate between Architecture, structure, MEP and other dis.
• Review and coordinate all subcontractors drawings and material submittals.
• Able to produce rebar shop drawings and arrange BBS.
• Stronge in structure to rectify / found design mistakes.
• Resolve design issue.
• Sound in Contractually.
• Feed QS / Commercial team with any changes.
• Able to lead the team from engineers, architects and draftsmen.
• Coordinate issues before reaching to construction team and solve problems.
• Strong in UAE codes and regulations.
• Coordinate all subcontractors for engineering works.
• Strong in shop drawings and materials logs and can prepare it for the project.
• Professional in AutoCAD.
• To have a knowledge of BIM / Revit.
