Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer with 6–8 years of industry experience to lead and enhance the user experience across our digital products. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, engaging, and scalable interfaces for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers.

• Lead the design of high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business and user needs into functional, visually appealing design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system and component libraries.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to UX strategies and product decisions through design thinking methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch , و Adobe Creative Suite .
• Strong understanding of responsive design , user-centered design principles , و design systems .
• Experience with tools like InVision, Zeplin , or similar prototyping and hand-off tools.
• Solid grasp of HTML/CSS basics (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills, processes, and delivered projects.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with B2B or SaaS products.
• Motion design and micro-interaction experience.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
• Exposure to design for multilingual and RTL interfaces.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
