• Lead end-to-end interior design & build projects (commercial / corporate), from concept through execution to handover.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, site, MEP, and quality teams to ensure timelines, budget, and quality.
• Act as primary client point-of-contact; manage client expectations and communications.
• Monitor site progress, perform inspections, ensure compliance with safety & local regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and control BOQs, cost estimates, change orders, and variation management.
• Resolve project issues, risks, vendor delays proactively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in Interior Design & Build / Fit-out in UAE or GCC.
• Prior projects with size ≥ 10,000 sqft or equivalent.
• Proficiency in reading / interpreting drawings, technical detailing, specification of finishes.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, quality control capabilities.
• Familiarity with Sharjah Municipality / relevant authorities’ approvals.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
