Position Summary

The Solution Architect will define and lead end-to-end architecture across digital platforms and data ecosystems, ensuring seamless interoperability, scalability, and alignment with government reference frameworks. This role is critical in enabling integrated, future-ready enterprise solutions for large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across DXP, DIAB, Data Barometer, and related platforms.
• Ensure interoperability, performance, scalability, and compliance with WOG reference architectures.
• Design and own integration patterns involving Purview, Harbr, Databricks, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Develop APIs, event-driven flows, metadata synchronization logic, and automation pipelines.
• Govern system-to-system integrations and ensure architectural alignment across teams.
• Support delivery teams with architectural guidance, review sessions, and solution validation.
• Maintain architectural documentation and ensure best practices in design and implementation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture across enterprise or government environments.
• Strong expertise in DXP, data platforms, API frameworks, and integration architectures.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Purview, Harbr, Databricks, Fabric, and Power Platform.
• Deep understanding of data governance, metadata management, and automation patterns.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, interoperable enterprise systems.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead complex architecture initiatives under tight timelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with government digital transformation frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tooling.
• Certifications in Azure, TOGAF, or architecture frameworks.
