Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect (Pre Sales) who will play a key role in positioning Help AG’s security solutions to customers and prospects and creating technical content for proposals and RFP responses. The Pre‑Sales Engineer will also be critical to ensuring the success of Proof‑of‑Concepts and supporting customers during and after implementation, ensuring alignment with implementation teams and identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Job requirements: Candidates should have a university degree in a related field and relevant security certifications from vendors and independent providers.

المسؤوليات

  • Stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats and industry best practices proactively.
  • Assist Business Development Managers in customer meetings, focusing on positioning technical solutions and services, understanding the customer’s environment, and managing expectations.
  • Support strategic account planning from a technology perspective.
  • Support the sales process by leveraging Help AG’s defined solutions and managing customer expectations toward successful sales.
  • Involve vendor presales and Help AG’s internal technology leads as required, managing external involvement as a technical interface to the customer.
  • Create high‑end technical content for proposals, including required drawings, project plans, technical compliance, and other formal RFP requirements.
  • Define the proper scope of work (SOW) for any proposed solution.
  • Coordinate third‑party involvement for the presales/proposal process.
  • Arrange, define, manage, execute, and monitor Proof of Concept (POC) with customers, including scope, success criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and presentation of results.
  • Coordinate with internal team leaders and tech leaders to deliver the POC successfully.
  • Close sales opportunities from a technical standpoint.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong technical architectural understanding of the portfolio of key technologies from Help AG’s focus and solution partners.
  • Solid understanding of cyber‑ and information security challenges and strategies.
  • Technical and solution knowledge of IaaS and SaaS is a plus.
  • Strong consulting skills covering both technical and commercial aspects of an opportunity.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain difficult technical concepts in an easy‑to‑understand way.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Excellent reporting and technical documentation writing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Flexible work approach based on job requirements.
