This role supports the Barracudas outlet by assisting the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards in accordance with standard operating procedures.

المسؤوليات

• Assist the Chef de Cuisine to lead, manage and organize all requirements to the highest standards in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation in areas under your jurisdiction; maintain adequate stocks of working materials; coordinate inter‑department collaboration and training.
• Direct, supervise, and motivate staff to perform to the highest level of service; enforce the set service standard procedures.

About You / Qualifications

• Diploma in Catering or 5 years’ experience in a 5-star international chain; 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position or above.
