Job Title: Strategic B2B Sales Closer

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic B2B Sales Closer to drive new business growth for their fast-growing digital marketing agency in Dubai. As a proven sales professional with a track record in high-ticket service sales, you’ll be responsible for closing qualified leads, nurturing high-potential prospects, and representing the agency in key sales conversations with mid-size and large organizations.

  • Sales Process: Manage sales from discovery to close, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and convert them into high-value clients using value-based selling.
  • Sales Calls: Conduct consultative calls to understand client needs and position our services.
  • Proposals: Develop and present custom proposals with our strategy team.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing and outreach teams to optimize the sales funnel and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Forecast revenue, track KPIs, and report on sales performance.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong communication with clients before handover to account management.

المتطلبات

  • Experience: 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in UAE, with a track record of closing 5-6 figure deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience dealing with C-level executives.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence to drive value-based sales conversations.
  • Self-Motivation: Results-driven and target-focused, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRMs and sales automation tools.

  • Existing client network in UAE or MENA region
