• Ability to quickly build a deep understanding of the commercial and operational context underpinning each project.
• Demonstrates a creative mindset with the capability to develop innovative, out of the box solutions to complex challenges.
• A strong understanding of business-models and the ability to craft compelling future-fit value propositions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to run innovation consulting projects from initial brief through to final deliverable.
• Leading, motivating, and inspiring cross functional teams across internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present deliverables to senior executives in our client organisations.
• Building insight driven commercial models that uncover and motivate opportunities, distilling them into actionable strategic and financial implications.
• Holds a reallying cry for true collaboration and an ability to drive and deliver independently.

Qualifications

• Preferably has 2-5 years of professional experience, including management/strategy/innovation projects within consulting or similar environment.
• A Masters degree in a relevant field, with strong academic records.
