BlackStone eIT is seeking a dedicated System Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure. The System Administrator will ensure our systems are running efficiently, securely, and reliably, helping to support our diverse range of operations.
المهام الأساسية

• Manage and maintain server and network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and updates
• Monitor system performance and health to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Implement data backup and recovery solutions to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity
• Develop and maintain documentation on system configurations, procedures, and workflows
• Provide technical support and guidance to users, assisting them with system-related inquiries
• Collaborate with the security team to enforce security protocols and best practices
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and migration activities

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in system administration or a related position
• Proficient in both Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus
• Ability to write scripts for automation (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Certifications such as CompTIA, MCSE, or RHCE would be advantageous
