Overview

PULSE , the joint venture between EDGE and INDRA , is seeking an experienced Radar Integration Team Lead to lead the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced radar and defense systems. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on expertise, requiring the ability to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams while ensuring successful delivery across complex, mission-critical projects.

• Lead and mentor engineers in integration, testing, and deployment of radar and defense systems.
• Manage technical planning, resource allocation, and project execution in line with program objectives.
• Oversee radar commissioning (Setting to Work, FAT, SAT, environmental/EMI-EMC tests) and validate performance under operational conditions.
• Prepare technical documentation, test plans, and customer reports; ensure compliance with MIL-STD and defense standards.
• Support field integration and training, including travel to client sites and military locations

• High adaptability to demanding operational environments and time-critical deployments.
