Position Overview:

Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a collaborative and result-oriented team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to align team objectives with the company’s business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Promote IRHA’s services, ensuring our solutions align with client needs.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to track team performance and generate insightful reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferably from business consulting/corporate services industry.
- Deep understanding of UAE business setup landscape, Free Zones, and corporate regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the UAE market and willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings.
