Job Summary
The VRM – Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) to drive business growth, enhance customer engagement, and achieve business banking targets. This role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and strategic execution to optimize client relationships and digital banking initiatives.
المهام الأساسية:
- Achieve set financial KPIs for the year through FX, Trade, and deposit/CASA growth.
- Cross-sell and upsell business banking products, including accounts, loans, trade finance, and merchant solutions.
- Monitor team performance against sales and revenue metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and risk teams to design and implement sales campaigns.
Team Leadership & Performance Management:
- Supervise, coach, and mentor VRMs to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Set performance targets and ensure achievement of banking objectives.
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
Client Relationship Management:
- Ensure VRMs provide a superior digital banking experience to SME and business clients.
- Manage escalations and resolve client issues promptly.
- Enhance digital engagement strategies to deepen relationships and improve retention.
Portfolio Growth & Management:
- Ensure profitable growth of VRM’s portfolio across FX income, deposits, and asset leads.
- Monitor portfolio performance and suggest adjustments for growth.
- Collaborate with other units for cross-selling and seamless transactional experience.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Monitor credit exposure and manage risks within the portfolio.
- Handle RFI’s & EDD queries timely.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.
- Prepare reports and provide insights for portfolio improvement.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of financial products/services for SMEs and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strategic thinking and innovation in financial solutions.
- Professional certifications in banking/finance are advantageous.
مؤهلات:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics or related; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years in SME or commercial banking as a Team Manager with proven success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and management skills.
- Understanding of banking compliance and risk management.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
