Job Title: Technical Analyst_Corporate Collections

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or Postgraduate
• 7+ years of experience with Corporate Banking implementation.
• 5+ years of working experience in the Corporate Collections module.
• Experience in Product Designing and implementation with respect to Business requirements.
• Sound understanding and hands-on experience of Corporate Collections Process and Life Cycle for Cheque/cash Management and Direct Debit.
• Cross-border team working experience.
• Knowledge of the Banking domain is a must.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC process.
• Excellent Business Process Management Experience.
• Experience in large-scale transformation Projects involving Process optimization and changes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare system documentation.
• Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approaches.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to document requirement specifications for large-scale banking applications.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business users and Tech leads.
• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
• Ability to complete all phases of the software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing, and support.
• TOGAF Certified, BABOK Certified, APIs & Integrations knowledge, Certified Scrum Master will be an added advantage.
