We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of hands-on experience in documenting client requirements and developing business end-to-end functionality for enterprise systems.

المسؤوليات:

  1. Requirements Induction: Conduct detailed sessions with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze existing business requirements for the SwiftAssess product.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Ensure requirements are clear, concise, complete, consistent, and traceable.
  3. End-to-End Functionality Documentation: Document detailed workflows, process flows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications related to SwiftAssess.
  4. Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize and maintain the product backlog, reflecting client needs and business value.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure understanding of requirements and solutions.
  6. Solution Design: Contribute to designing features and functionalities aligned with client requirements and business goals.
  7. Communication: Effectively communicate specifications to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Validation and Testing: Participate in validation phases to ensure functionalities meet requirements.
  9. Product Knowledge & Market Awareness: Maintain deep understanding of SwiftAssess and stay updated with industry trends in assessment software and EdTech.

المتطلبات:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
  • Experience with assessment software or in EdTech is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes using Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, UML diagrams, Wireframes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with collaborative team experience.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Preferred: Experience in EdTech or the educational sector.
  • Preferred: Candidate based in UAE and self-sponsored.
