• Assist users through training, support, and troubleshooting to ensure effective platform utilization.
• Analyze data from the platform to improve project management, risk mitigation, and quality control.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize software use across projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Aconex and/or similar construction/engineering software, ideally in consulting or implementation roles.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of project management tools.
• Knowledge of construction and engineering industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
