Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience in cognitive AI, natural language understanding (NLU), speech to text, text to speech and machine learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- 2 years of experience with designing, training, and deploying Transformer or Conformer-based models for audio/speech tasks.
- Experience with Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR).
- Experience with C++, Python and Speech Recognition.

المسؤوليات
- Design, train, and evaluate novel AI based architectures for on-device Automated Speech Recognition (ASR), speech enhancement, and other audio intelligence features.
- Apply advanced knowledge distillation, quantization, and pruning techniques to adapt large, server-class models for efficient on-device inference.
- Develop and maintain high-performance, real-time audio processing pipelines in C++, optimizing for latency, power, and memory on our custom SoC.
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and ML framework teams to influence the design of next-generation ML accelerators and software stacks, ensuring our algorithmic needs are met by future silicon.
- Serve as the technical lead for on-device audio algorithms, guiding architectural decisions and defining the long-term technical roadmap.
