We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Manager / Head of Engineering to lead our technology department and drive the successful delivery of complex, high-quality software solutions.

This role requires a 100% capable and proven leader who can oversee technical strategy, manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, and ensure excellence across all stages of the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth, leadership capability, and strategic vision, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

Technical Leadership & Strategy

• Define and drive the overall technical vision, architecture, and roadmap of the organization.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
• Make critical decisions on technologies, tools, frameworks, and system design.
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and governance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, developers, and technical specialists.
• Oversee multiple teams including frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile, and other technical functions.
• Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations, hiring decisions, and team scaling.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business teams.
• Review and approve system architectures to ensure scalability, reliability, and security.
• Guide teams in designing robust, maintainable, and high-performing systems.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.

Quality, Security & Infrastructure

• Ensure implementation of strong QA practices and code quality standards.
• Oversee infrastructure, DevOps practices, and system performance.
• Enforce cybersecurity standards and ensure system integrity and compliance.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Drive innovation in AI, automation, and system optimization where applicable.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and team efficiency.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong background in system architecture, software design, and scalable systems.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex technical projects successfully.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in modern software development (frontend, backend, full-stack, mobile).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and system reliability.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
• High level of accountability and ownership
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical deadlines
